We have been using Zippy Drains for over 5 years now for emergency services as well as preventative maintenance in our 100 year-old home in Beaverdale, Iowa, and always have the absolute best service and experience with this company. Their technicians are highly professional and extremely knowledgeable, punctual, communicate through throughout the process and extremely thorough with their service. Matt was exceptional and ensured that he answered all of our questions during and after the servicing, that we discussed a future maintenance plan to continue preserving the lines and that I was completely satisfied prior to departing our property. They always ensure that they give you the exact service that you need and do not try to push extra services on you. We do the scoping with camera every couple of years and then an annual flush out with their Hydro jets and have had zero issues since we started using them for our preventative maintenance.  I cannot recommend them enough for all of your sewage needs.

Matt and his helper came out and did the job quickly and efficiently. He answered my questions, was neat and tidy. The staff is friendly setting an appointment was easy the guys that did the work or extremely friendly and very clean. Did not leave a mess. We Would have them come back out again. Kitchen drain plugged downstream from sink, Matt not only came early but was very efficient and quickly had drain opened, only complaint was the time it took to get a callback , however I think that was a problem with home warranty company dispatching the order and not Zippy
